Ashla Lane is a North Carolina native with a vast array of professional experience across a number of industries. Predominantly driving her career in the arena of Human Resources, Ashla possesses over two decades of managerial and consultant experience working for firms like Cadbury Adams, LLC, North Carolina’s Education Lottery, and Wells Fargo. She has consistently been recognized for her leadership, program implementation and innovation, excellence in operations management, and helping organizations maximize performance and goal accomplishment not only by her peers, clients, and partners, but by executives and CEOs as well. She currently serves as the Partner & President of Koli Events Consulting Division.

Her professional knack for motivating employees and evaluating their respective skill sets has proven to be an invaluable asset for building corporate teams. She has positively impacted employee retention statistics and been a key contributor for innovative solutions for company systems. Ashla is a champion for advocating diversity and inclusion in the industries where she contributes, and she has a notable passion for community engagement.
